And just like that, April’s gone already. How? Where does time go? (I know where it’s gone and their names are Castor and Pollux.) Is it just because I’m old now that it feels like time just whizzes by? I remember being a kid and feeling as though the hours just crawled by, but now I have no recollection of what I did three hours ago. The old brain cells just don’t fire as well as they used to, I guess. Or it could also be because I’m ADHD. I started a non-stimulant medication for ADHD in March, which apparently takes some time to build up in the system and be effective. However, around the same time I started taking them, I was manic for several weeks, so I don’t remember a lot of what happened tbh. I don’t think the mania was triggered by my new meds, but when you’re a combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, who even knows?
