I’ve been sitting on this news for so long and now I can finally, finally, FINALLY share the news.

Guardians of Dawn: ZHARA is the August pick for the Barnes & Noble YA Bookclub!

Fun fact: when I shared details of this edition on my Instagram, I had to be strategic about hiding the sticker until I got the okay to share the news.

Barnes & Noble has graciously invited me to host an event and signing and my good friend, Renée Ahdieh, agreed to have a conversation with me!

There will be a moderated discussion followed by a Q&A, and then a book signing. Feel free to ask me any questions! You can ask about any of my books, what I’m watching, what I’m reading, etc.

Please come. Or don’t. I’m not sure I know how to behave in public in anymore; I might have gone a little feral in the past five years.

BOOK SIGNING

I’ll sign any one of my books, including Wintersong and Shadowsong, and Renée will also be signing copies of her books.

PHOTOS

I am comfortable with taking photos, as long as people remain socially distanced before and after. Renée may have her own feelings about it, so it’s best to ask her.

MASKING POLICY

Even though we are no longer required to mask, out of courtesy to the immune-compromised among us, I would request that people be masked and/or remain socially distanced when possible.
